Refund & Returns Policy

This policy covers purchases made through envantas.com for both Envantas cleaning products and cleaning service bookings. Please read this carefully before placing your order or booking.

Cleaning Products — Returns & Refunds

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on Envantas cleaning products within 07 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The product has not been opened, diluted, or mixed.
  • The item was purchased directly through envantas.com.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is provided

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded once delivered:

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products returned beyond the 14-day window.
  • Bulk or wholesale orders (20L and above).
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer.
  • Customised or white-label product orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

2.1 How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return

Step 2: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions

Step 3: Ship the item back to our address using a trackable courier service

Step 4: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

2.2 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received. In those cases, Envantas will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout — credit/debit card, FPX, or eWallet — within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cleaning Services — Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Booking Cancellations

We understand that schedules change. The following cancellation terms apply to all service bookings made through envantas.com:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled service — full refund.
  • Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service — 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled service — no refund.
  • No-show on the scheduled service date — no refund

4.2 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking at no charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the service are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee of RM50.


4.3 Service Quality Issues

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning service delivered, notify us within 24 hours of service completion at [email protected] with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a remedial visit at no additional charge. Refunds for completed services are only considered where a remedial visit cannot resolve the issue to a reasonable standard.

4.4 Service Cancellation by Envantas

In the rare event that Envantas must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund and priority rebooking at your preferred date and time.

General Terms

  • This policy applies to purchases made through envantas.com only. For corporate contract clients, refund and cancellation terms are governed by the signed service agreement.
  • Envantas reserves the right to refuse a return or refund where we reasonably believe the policy is being misused.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Malaysian consumer protection law.
