3. Products & Services

Envantas offers professional commercial cleaning services and hygiene products through this website. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices displayed on envantas.com are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase or booking.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, FPX and GrabPay eWallet via our secure payment processors.
  • Envantas reserves the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred, with a full refund issued to the customer

5. Service Bookings

When you book a cleaning service through envantas.com, your selected date and time slot is locked upon successful payment. By making a booking you confirm that you have the authority to grant access to the premises on the scheduled service date.

  • Envantas will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window.
  • If access to the premises cannot be obtained at the scheduled time due to circumstances within your control, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
  • Envantas reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a service booking in exceptional circumstances, with a full refund or priority rebooking offered.

6. Delivery of Products

Product orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on your location within Malaysia and the courier service used. Envantas is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order to the courier.

7. Refunds & Returns
