What is Envantas?
Envantas is a Malaysian commercial cleaning company providing professional cleaning services and hygiene products for corporate offices, medical centres, and estate management companies across Klang Valley, Selangor, and Kuala Lumpur.
Where does Envantas operate?
We currently serve the Klang Valley region including Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Puchong, Cheras, and surrounding areas in Selangor.
Is Envantas a registered company?
Yes. Envantas operates under Smart Quay Cleaning Services Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian-registered company (Registration No. 202201015803). We are pursuing MOF registration and ISO 9001 certification as part of our ongoing compliance programme.
How long has Envantas been in business?
We have been providing commercial cleaning services across the Klang Valley for over 8 years, serving corporate offices, medical facilities, and estate management companies.

What types of cleaning services does Envantas offer?
Envantas offers four core service types — corporate office cleaning (daily, weekly, or monthly contracts), estate and property management cleaning for common areas and facilities, specialised disinfection and ULV fogging for post-construction, post-event, and outbreak response, and formaldehyde removal after renovation works to restore safe air quality before occupancy.
How much does commercial cleaning cost in Malaysia?
Pricing depends on the size of your facility, service frequency, and scope. As a general guide, office cleaning contracts for spaces below 1,000 sqft start from RM180 per session. Larger facilities and monthly contracts are priced on a custom basis. Request a quote for an accurate figure.
Do you provide cleaning equipment and products?
Yes. All Envantas cleaning teams use Envantas-branded professional-grade products, including surface disinfectants, floor care solutions, and washroom hygiene products. No need to supply your own chemicals.
Are your cleaning staff trained and insured?
All Envantas team members undergo hygiene and safety training before deployment. Our teams are fully uniformed and operate under documented standard operating procedures with monthly quality control inspections.
Do you offer one-time cleaning or only contracts?
Both. We offer one-time deep cleans, post-construction handover cleaning, and post-event sanitisation, as well as ongoing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning contracts.
How do I book a cleaning service?
You can book directly through envantas.com — select your service type, choose your preferred date and time, and complete payment online. Your slot is locked immediately on payment confirmation.
What is ULV fogging and when do I need it?
ULV (Ultra Low Volume) fogging is a disinfection method that disperses hospital-grade disinfectant solution as a fine mist, covering surfaces and airborne particles that standard cleaning cannot reach. It is commonly used for post-construction handovers, post-event sanitisation, formaldehyde removal after renovation, and outbreak response in offices and medical facilities.

Can I buy Envantas products without using your cleaning service?
Yes. All Envantas cleaning and hygiene products are available for direct purchase through our online store at envantas.com. We offer retail pack sizes for individual buyers and bulk/wholesale pricing for cleaning contractors and facility management companies.
Are Envantas products safe for commercial use?
All Envantas products are formulated within OSHA workplace safety thresholds and designed for high-frequency commercial use. Safety Data Sheets are available on request for all products.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Cleaning contractors and facility management companies can apply for a trade account to access wholesale pricing on all Envantas products. Contact us at [email protected] to apply.
What is the minimum order for bulk products?
Bulk pricing applies to orders of 10 units or more per SKU. For pallet quantities and custom supply arrangements, contact us directly for a trade quote.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, FPX (online banking), and GrabPay through our secure checkout with Stripe.
Is it safe to pay on envantas.com?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a globally trusted payment processor with PCI DSS Level 1 certification — the highest level of payment security available.
Do you offer credit terms for corporate clients?

What is the minimum order for bulk products?

Refunds & Cancellations
What is your refund policy for products?
We accept returns on unused, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Full details are available on our Refund & Returns Policy page.
Can I cancel a cleaning booking?
Yes. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Full details are on our Refund & Returns Policy page.
